No Return / No Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing. Due to the nature of our international distribution system and the complexity of cross-border logistics, all sales are considered final.

Please review the following policy carefully:
 1. No Returns or Refunds
All IteraCare product purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been processed. 
 2. International Distribution Regulations
Because our products are distributed through an international network of partners and fulfillment centers, returns may not be feasible due to customs regulations, shipping costs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
 3. Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect the product immediately upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product so we can review the issue and provide appropriate assistance.  Self Collect still applies. 
 4. Replacement Consideration: 
In cases of verified manufacturing defects or shipping damage, a replacement may be considered at the discretion of the company, subject to product availability.
 5. Customer Acknowledgment: 


By completing the purchase, 
the customer acknowledges and agrees to this No Return / No Refund policy.
